Suzanne R. Hull's Obituary
Suzanne R. Hull of Camarillo, CA, passed away on January 4, 2025 at the age of 81 due to respiratory failure.Suzanne was born on October 27,1943 in Bethlehem, PA to Anna Balum Gaul and John Gaul. She had many jobs in her life, a hospital dietician intern during high school, a showroom buyer for Hess's, she was part of the Prince George's County Parks and Recreation committee, started her own children's clothing business "The Nursery Nook," and spent her later years in medical records. She was a member St. Mary Magdalen Church for thirty-six years.Hard worker would be an understated description of Suzanne. She gave 0 to every facet of her life, especially her hobbies. Whether it be baking, sewing, or gardening, you could always find her creating beautiful things. Suzanne was also active in local politics, aiding the democratic party in their endeavors, serving as a poll worker here in Ventura County for many years. She even participated in the counting of the 1980 Census. Suzanne was a feminist through and through always fighting for equality, justice, and human rights.Suzanne loved her family deeply. Her remaining family cherish her memory; Katherine Kear Blaise (daughter) and Scott Blaise (son-in-law), Brittney Blaise (grand-daughter) and Adam Huennekens (grandson-in-law), Breeanna Blaise Howard (granddaughter) and William Howard (grandson-in-law), Braylyn Blaise (granddaughter), Bryleigh Blaise (granddaughter), Bethanie Blaise (granddaughter), four great- grandsons, John (brother) and Gladys Gaul(sister-in-law), Jennifer (Gaul) Kearns (niece), Matthew Gaul (nephew), Joseph (brother) and Janis Gaul (sister-in-law), and Jessica Gaul (niece).She is preceded in death by her first husband Frank Greg Kear III, second husband David Hull, her son Frank Greg Kear IV, and her parents Anna (Balum) and John Gaul.A Rosary and Vigil will be held on January 13, 2025 at 7pm at Ivy Lawn Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be held the following day on January 14, 2025 at 10am at St. Mary Magdalen Church on Las Posas Rd.Suzanne loved animals and nature. On any given day you could find her watching veterinary television programs on National Geographic. She would have loved for all memorial donations to be directed to the World Wildlife Fund or the Sierra Club.
