I am so proud of Cassie, especially when she met Robert and took on marrying into a ready-made family. She loved them so much, it's a wonderful gift she gave them and I'm sure that's why she fought so valiantly. Robert changed her life and made her so happy! It's difficult to say goodbye and yet we know she's okay, we weep for those who are left. 🥲 Prayers for peace to the whole family.
Casitas had such a zest for life and sparkle in her eyes and smile! Praying for peace and comfort for Robert, the boys, and the Lake family.

Casi and I rehearsed and performed a sign language song together in church. It was called Like My Daddy by Acapella Children. It still gets stuck in my head sometimes, and I think of Casi every time. ❤️
